Abstract
This research was undertaken during the author’s previous employment with CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) in support of the U.S. Army Cost and Economic Analysis Center (USACEAC). The objective was to assess the feasibility of developing cost estimating relationships (CERs) based on data from the Army Operating and Support Management Information System (OSMIS). The long-range objective is to develop methods to determine total operating and support (O&S) costs within life-cycle cost analysis.
