Abstract

We continue considering the system described by (3.91)−(3.94), for which (p,q,r) are assumed to be the known upper bounds for system orders and d = 1 to be the lower bound for the time-delay of the system. The true orders may be strictly less than p, q and r respectively. The system coefficients written in the matrix form
