Research on License Plate Location Algorithm

Abstract

License plate location is an important step in car license plate recognition technology applications. Many scholars have developed many license plate detection algorithms; this paper will introduce some current technologies of license plate location. In this paper, several common license plate location methods are introduced briefly and compared.
