Abstract
It has been 30 years of dress designing and its education has made a huge contribution for the development of our clothing in China, however, as the social feedback from graduates, the problems of education in fashion design have been revealed, for example the orientation is not clear, the curriculum is unreasonable, garment enterprises cooperation is not close enough to gap among production, teaching and research etc. and the article proposed countermeasures for solving problems to improve the professional teaching standards of fashion design.
