Research on Music Education in the Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract

At present, the reform of music education in Jilin area is relatively lagged behind in comparison with other first-tier and secondary cities of China. In the mean time, the research quality of teachers in music education of Jilin area is highly necessary to attain a rapid improvement in futures. Along with the deep development of the researches and the accumulation of the classification researches, the situation will be no long in existence in higher normal colleges of China, and also the comprehensive research and holistic research on music education will be bound to attain a development in the future. In this paper, some problems which are necessary to attain a rapid improvement are found by the author through an investigation on the current situation of the music education in primary and secondary schools of Jilin area, in-depth understanding and personal interview, and also countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
