Abstract

From an economic point of view, human history has gone through four stages: from agricultural economy times to industrial economy times, then to service economic times, and last to Experience Economic Era now. What is Experience? For the authors of Experience Economy, Experience is an activity to create a memorable experience. It is a memorable event around consumers using service as the stage and commodity as the properties. The appearance of Experience Economic Times illustrates people’s humanized, emotional and personalized needs. The emotional experience design as an important form of experience design will become the future design trend.
