Abstract
Tai Chi is the Chinese sports culture, which form and develop from the combination with Qigong theory from the ancient plain dialectical materialism and the theory of Yin-Yang five elements. With the social development, Taichiquan has attracted more and more people’s attention, which is now generally accepted as a way of keeping good health. This paper tookthe method of the interview and the literature survey to study the effect factors of Tai Chi exercise, and analyed on the coupling mechanism, in further put forwards to the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
