Abstract
Through the analysis, the customers’ demand value has the different realized degree in different enterprise production modes. So, this paper thinks that in the enterprise organization management mode must to do “customer-centered management mode” shorten the communication time between the top decision maker and the first line worker to fit customers’ rapid demand. At the same time, it also requires the organization decision scattered, to make the different levels of management all have certain decision-making authority.
