Abstract

A 12-year-old male presented with a combination of two disorders: macular guttate hypopigmentation on the trunk and extremities (Figs. 78.1 and 78.2) started since birth, and punctate palmoplantar keratoderma (Figs. 78.3 and 78.4), developed 6 months after birth. He had no family history of similar disorder and there was no evidence of any systemic disorder.
