Ulceration in the Flank of a Middle-Aged Man

Abstract

A 50-year-old man presented with a rapidly growing painless ulcer, over the back extending to the right flank (Fig. 38.1). He had no systemic symptoms, and no lymphadenopathy. He was not known to have any medical illness.
