Abstract
A 42-year-old female presented with two asymptomatic large mutilating ulcers on the right side of the face (Figs. 36.1 and 36.2). The ulcers had been rapidly growing over 3 months. There was no history of recent travel or trauma. She was otherwise healthy and immunocompetent. Examination revealed no enlargement of the cervical lymph nodes.
