Abstract

A 47-year-old male presented with multiple plaques, and follicular papules involving face, scalp and trunk (Figs. 34.1, 34.2, 34.3, 34.4, 34.5, and 34.6). Lesions exuded viscous material. The patient had severe persistent pruritus. Scalp and eyebrow lesions were associated with alopecia. Examination revealed no lymphadenopathy and no hepatosplenomegaly.
