67 Year Old with Multiple Nodules on the Thigh

A 67-year-old man presents with a 2–3-week history of an ulceration of the left ankle, accompanied by swelling of both legs. He also noted new painful lesions on his thigh and punched-out ulcers on the lower legs. A workup for deep vein thrombophlebitis was negative.
