Abstract
This paper discusses the issue of Human Reliability Assessment (HRA) methods and the use of dynamic approaches for error probability assessment, based on cognitive simulation and related taxonomies of erroneous behaviour. A comparison between the proposed technique and the “classical” THERP method is shown.
