Abstract

The ascertained existence of a 2nd cross insufficiency at 1/3 middle thigh (through clinical and instrumental study) and in presence of a sound but insufficient valve apparatus in osteo saphenous femoral vein, demonstrated by Eco-color-Doppler study, a surgical procedure was carried out to preserve neighbouring saphenous vein and correct varicose syndrome.
