Abstract
Myasthenia gravis associated with antibodies to muscle-specific kinase (MuSK) has a predilection for bulbar muscles. The diagnosis relies on clinical neurophysiology and serology. Response to anticholinesterase medication and immunosuppression is often disappointing.
