Abstract
Cardiac neoplasms, especially in the neonatal presentation, are the great imitators. While the introduction of cross-sectional echocardiography has taken away some of the “surprise” when evaluating a newborn for suspected congenital heart disease, there is still considerable drama and terrible parental apprehension when dealing with a cardiac tumor in the neonate.
