Abstract

Diffuse large B cell lymphoma is a major entity in the REAL scheme by virtue of its frequency in clinical practice [23.1]. If we relate it to the Working Formulation, it includes both cleaved and non-cleaved large cell lymphoma, and immunoblastic lymphoma. In the updated Kiel classification it includes both the centroblastic and B cell immunoblastic categories.
