Abstract

As it has been reported in many studies that smoking behaviour is established during adolescence, anti-smoking education in school, provided by teachers, is important for preventing smoking. We conducted a survey on the smoking status and attitudes toward anti-smoking education at school among teachers in Mie Prefecture, located in the middle of Honshu Island near Nagoya, which includes some urban areas.
