Abstract
This is a practically-orientated chapter which outlines an approach for engineering the quality of use of multimedia learning systems, following the International Standards Organisation DIS 13 407 standard. It demonstrates the applicability of the standard to multimedia learning systems and gives references to sourcebooks of information on methods and procedures for carrying this out in practice. A case study from an anonymous source is given, showing how some of these principles were effectively integrated into a product development after development had started.
