Abstract
For many computer algebra packages, including Maple, lists are elementary data types that enable mathematical objects, such as vectors, matrices and tensors, to be represented. In everyday parlance, lists are understood to include, for example, ordered and unordered lists of names and addresses, tables, collections of dates, etc. This chapter will show the structures and commands that Maple offers for handling such data.
