It’s about things like user ownership, user involvement, the issue of someone wanting to make it work, it’s about things that could be significant “unknowns” in the technical area. The area of change ... upheaval ... for the customer’s organization ... one can get big trouble from this. It includes some things we just won’t get involved in, like changing other developers’ code. it’s just too risky.
