Abstract
The standard methods for microbiological analyses in brewing and related industries are described in Analytica Microbiologica EBC (Continental Europe) (Kennedy, 2001), Recommended Methods of Analysis of the Institute of Brewing (Britain, Ireland and British Commonwealth countries) (Baker, 1991) and the Official Methods of the American Society of Brewing Chemists (North and South America) (Thorn, 1992).
