Abstract
Experimental techniques for the investigation of electron impact excitation of helium, calcium and strontium atoms and for the measurement of the polarization parameters of the induced fluorescent radiation in electron-polarized-atom collision process are described. Also the electron-ion and X-ray-ion coincidence techniques for the investigation of electron impact ionization of atoms and molecules are discussed.
