The Development of the Strategic Agenda: A Call to Action

Abstract

The three tasks that have been the basis for our analysis so far – customer segmentation and customer value proposition; the bundle of competencies; and the mission statement – have only one purpose, and that is to develop a strategic agenda. This is the end result of the strategic planning process. In the end, all of the diagnosis that we have conducted has to converge into the definition of a clearly defined strategic agenda that identifies the actions that we will take to lead the organization into the desired transformation.
