Folding of Bacterial RNase P RNA
This review summarizes our current knowledge on Mg2+-induced and co-transcriptional folding of bacterial RNase P RNAs. The chapter includes descriptions of experimental techniques and data analysis used in RNase P RNA folding studies; tertiary structures; folding of a B-type P RNA; folding of an A-type P RNA; and P RNA folding during transcription. The chapter ends with a brief discussion on future directions and challenges in RNase P RNA folding.
