Abstract
Oddly enough, I am going to start this chapter by addressing some of the main criticisms of the software, ones that I came across when I was writing an earlier book on real estate development in the late 1990s, later when I was working for the company as one of its trainers, and, more recently while I have been working independently as a consultant. These comments are so common that I feel they need addressing.
