Choosing Flash

Abstract

As a usability consultant, I occasionally cause raised eyebrows when I suggest that Flash might be a viable delivery option for a specific project. I find that many clients expect all user experience professionals to hate Flash, and are surprised to discover that I don’t. Yes, even in my profession, there are some of us who have great respect for Flash’s capabilities, and have worked on their fair share of successful Flash projects.
