Abstract

Let’s begin this chapter with a little honesty — I am an impatient person. I have never been one to wait patiently, as I always feel there is something more productive I could be doing with my time. Traffic jams, delayed flights, shoppers in front of me digging for change at the checkout counter of a grocery store — all anathema to me.
