If you’ve read the first City Blossom chapter, you’re probably well acquainted with every aspect of the internal workings of the City Blossom design. So where can we go from here? Well, in this chapter I’ve taken the City Blossom idea in a new direction, in that it can now save your creations, and load them back as you wish. On top of this example, I’ve constructed three more Flash designs that are all based, in some way, on the original City Blossom code. As you’ll see, each of the new projects either adds some new functionality to the original scrolling isometric grid engine, or takes the basic concept in another direction altogether.
