Abstract

What a day! I almost feel the need to pinch myself to make sure it really happened. Ross and his associates are very nice—Ross truly cares, and it shows. It must be weird to have a personal assistant shadow you around all day—following up on every detail Ross says, even on the golf course. Although everyone was welcoming, I rode an emotional roller coaster all day. Being a part of the crowd is fun, but it also feels a little artificial. Listening to a conversation in my head, I chuckle as I hear Dad telling me I have “gone native” in Europe. And maybe it is true. At Autowerke nobody would be as overwhelming and open as all the guys are here—and I—m not sure what I like more.
