Abstract

The next day, I head in to the office early. En route, I think about my conversation with Ross yesterday. I understand I need to deliver results: Ross’s patience is finite, as is Wall Street’s. I’m aware that in Milan there are some negotiations that have been in play for one of the more complex packaging categories. These were with an unavoidable supplier to many of the company’s plants.
