Abstract

When Mike first started working for one of the five largest e-commerce sites in the United States, he came up with a development approach that led to a faster development cycle and a much faster update cycle (or decreased maintenance time, to put it differently). This site has a lot of products and many ways to display all those products, depending on where a visitor is in the site (searching versus browsing by category versus browsing by price, and so on).

Keywords

  • Master Product
  • Anchor Element
  • Pattern Listing
  • Action Button
  • Dynamic Master

These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
