Abstract
Susan Credle joined Leo Burnett (www.leoburnett.us)—the agency responsible for such iconic characters as Tony the Tiger, Morris the Cat, the Jolly Green Giant, and the Marlboro Man—as the agency’s chief creative officer in September 2009. Her career began, upon graduation from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, at BBDO NewYork. Over her 24 years at BBDO, she rose from a receptionist to ultimately become executive creative director and a member of the BBDO New York board of directors.Throughout her tenure at BBDO, she created award-winning work for big-name brands like M&M/Mars, AT&T, Pepsi, FedEx, and Visa.
