Abstract

Strong growth in mobile computing propelled by increasingly capable mobile devices is not just a North American phenomenon—people all over the world are increasingly relying on their phones both for business and leisure. This, of course, is wonderful news for Windows Phone 7 developers—the greater the customer base, the more potential revenue or exposure the applications gets. There is just one small gotcha when taking mobile application development to the world: the vast majority of customers outside North American speak very little to no English.
