Abstract

In this chapter, we will cover how to create a theme for your Drupal site. Theming in Drupal is very powerful; it’s not just a matter of creating a “skin” for your website. You have precise control over the User Interface (UI) and where your data fields are placed. The Fusion theme, discussed in this chapter, is a point-and-click solution for managing the theme in your site. Fusion also helps with one of the most challenging things when you’re first working with Drupal: understanding the dividing lines between content, configuration, and theming. We’ll walk through some specific examples from start to finish and leave you with the tools you need to find more information about various theming topics.
