Managing Lists with Access

Many companies have hundreds of unmanaged Access applications running in various departments throughout the organization. While many Office power users find it very easy to create an Access application to quickly meet a need, often those applications suffer from problems like:
  • I just looked away a minute and when I turned back my laptop, which I left on the seat beside me in the waiting area, was gone, along with all of our customer order data.”

  • All I know is that the screen says that it cannot read my C-drive. You do have a backup of my Cdrive, don’t you?”

  • “These reports don’t match, and I know that my data is correct, so your data must be wrong.”
