Abstract
One of the most powerful tools offered by .NET is the ability to compile and execute source code at runtime. The .NET Framework comes with C# and VB.NET compiler classes that expose the functionality of the .NET compiler and allow you to retrieve source code as a string from, say, an XML file or a database, compile it into an assembly, and execute it at runtime. This power lets you make your application as flexible as possible by applying changes to its functionality at runtime.
