Microsoft’s Exchange Server is the most common collaboration suite in business and offers a wide range of tools and features that you can access using a variety of software packages (such as Outlook on Windows PCs or varying combinations of Entourage, Mail, Address Book, and iCal on Mac OS X), as well as from mobile devices, including the iPhone. Exchange provides e-mail, personal and shared contacts, advanced multiuser calendars, public folders for collaborating on documents, and task managers.
