Abstract

Now that we have covered the basic effects that can be accomplished using the compositor and nodes, let’s take a look at some advanced postprocessing techniques. In this chapter, you will learn about the vector and filter sets of nodes, explore some techniques using these nodes, and learn how to hide complexity (and allow reuse of noodles) through node groups. At the conclusion of this chapter, I am very pleased to high light and explore the work of a very talented artist, Robert J. Tiess, and dive into the techniques he used to create a stunning image using nodes.
