Abstract
In this chapter I will discuss data-bound controls and why they are so popular with some developers and extremely unpopular with others. I will explore how to use the various data-bound controls that come with Visual Basic.NET. I will also show you how to create your own data-bound controls. Keep an eye out for the hands-on exercises that appear throughout this chapter.
