As you saw in Chapter 2, Visual Studio .NET’s Web Form designer enables you to add, position, and configure a variety of different visual components when you create the user interface. In this chapter we’ll look at the use of standard HTML tags and elements and the use of server-side HTML controls. If you’re new to HTML, or if your knowledge is a little rusty, you’ll probably want to check out our ten-minute primer in Appendix A because we’ll be dealing with HTML at a fairly low level.
