Designing Web Applications

Abstract

We’ve covered a lot of ground in this book so far, and we’ve addressed many detailed topics from Web Forms and Web controls through to architecture and security. All of this material is useful stuff—it’s nuts-and-bolts programming that you’ll be using day in and day out. However, in addition to this, chances are you’ll have other responsibilities too, and sooner or later one of these will be application design. That’s what this chapter is all about—how to pull together the different concepts, strategies, and techniques we’ve covered so far to create a complete application.
