Abstract
In many ways, this chapter is the climax of our book. In previous chapters, you have learned how to invoke Web Services from virtually any mobile device. You have also learned how to access applications created using the Mobile Internet Toolkit from Internet Explorer, Pocket PCs, WAP devices, and i-Mode phones. The only thing left, which will be explained thoroughly in this chapter, is to extend the Mobile Internet Toolkit to support the remaining two clients on our list—Palm OS Web Clipping browsers and J2ME-compliant devices.
