Abstract

Regardless of your industry, you’ll never gain the competitive edge over others in the marketplace by doing things the same way as everyone else does them. You need to stand out from the herd, finding some way in which to distinguish yourself, so that your potential customers can clearly see that you’re the obvious choice for their business. Without that, who the customer chooses to do business with is just potluck. That’s not exactly something you want to bet the farm on.
