Everyone knows a PDF file is a file you read in a special reader. Everyone has Acrobat Reader on their desktop, but Acrobat Reader is only two percent of the power. Where do the PDF files come from and what else does Acrobat do? This introductory chapter will introduce you to both Acrobat 6.0 and the structure of this book.
