Abstract

Just as desktop applications benefit from the usage cues, you’ll find that users of Web applications enjoy them too. Usage cues help the user understand your application better. A good set of usage cues can help direct the user through the sequence you want them to follow when working with a Web application. In fact, the whole idea of flow is essential for Web applications because users often have to decide how to work with a Web application based exclusively on the cues you provide.
