Creating a Bluetooth Print Server with JPS API

Abstract

In the years to come, many (if not all) printers will include a Bluetooth interface. You’ll be able to walk up to any printer, download its drivers, and print to it using the Hardcopy Cable Replacement Profile. Unfortunately, that’s not the case today. A large majority of the printers on the market today do not have a Bluetooth interface, and in order to make them Bluetooth enabled, you need to add a Bluetooth printer adapter, like the one shown in Figure 6-1.
