Abstract

Progressive Auto Insurance is one of the country’s largest auto insurers. The company headquarters is located off of Interstate 271, in Mayfield Village, Ohio, right smack in the middle of nowhere. The complex that I walked into one cold December day was a vast business metropolis. It had its own restaurants, its own food court, and its own post office. It would be a great place to hide out during a nuclear first strike.

I don’t care to belong to a club that accepts people like me as members.
