Abstract

If the contents of the book thus far have been teaching you the individual techniques of database access, the remainder of this book aims to start putting all you’ve learned into a more real-world light. You may now know how the different objects in a data provider work together and are put to use, and you may have learned how to put an ASP.NET page together that will do the tasks you want it to perform, but taking that next step forward and putting together a whole data-driven site requires an extra set of skills.
